Delete Account

Effective July 9, 2026

This page explains how to delete your Goals Frogs account and the data associated with it.

1. Delete in the app

The fastest way is right in the app:

1. Open Profile.
2. Tap the account menu (⋮) next to your name.
3. Choose “Delete account” and confirm.

Your account and server-side data are deleted immediately after confirmation, with no additional waiting period.

2. Requesting deletion without app access

If you don't have access to the app, email support@gfrogs.ru from the address linked to your account. Identity verification may be required to protect your account. Requests are processed within 30 days.

3. Data that gets deleted

This deletes your profile, email and sign-in data, goals (“frogs”), notes, stakes, invitations and participation in others' goals, push tokens, and notification settings.

4. What may be retained, and for how long

Backups and technical logs may be retained for a limited technical period (up to 30 days), after which they are deleted or anonymized. Data required to comply with law (e.g. records of completed payments for tax and accounting purposes) is kept for the period required by law, separately from the rest of your profile.

Local data on your device is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app.
